Reelio is a Framer template built for photographers, videographers, and commercial production studios that want a site with the same editorial polish as the work they put in front of clients. It pairs oversized statement typography and case-study-style project pages with a multi-collection CMS, everything a studio needs to present, price, and sell its work.

My Approach

Studios don’t win clients by showing images alone — they win by proving process, pricing, and reliability. Reelio is structured like a studio that sells, not just shows: services with starting prices, a transparent four-step process, custom quote tiers, FAQ, and testimonials sit alongside the portfolio, moving brands from “nice work” to “send us a quote.”

Vision and Innovation

The goal was a site that reads like a fashion editorial rather than a default portfolio grid. Oversized display headlines, live clock and ticker details, and quote interludes from the team give the template a real editorial point of view, while the layout stays calm enough to let the studio’s imagery carry the story.

Identifying Unique Challenges

Photography sites usually fall into one of two traps: image grids with no narrative, or over-designed showcases that bury the commercial side of the business. Reelio had to feel like high-end print work while still answering the questions brands and agencies actually ask — what services, what process, what price.

Resolving Complex Problems

A multi-collection CMS powers projects, services, categories, team members, and the blog, so the content that changes most — case studies, service pricing, articles, credits — can be updated without ever touching the layout. Project detail pages pull services, locations, clients, and credits straight from the CMS, keeping every case study consistent.

User-Centric Design

Every decision starts from the visitor’s mindset: an art buyer or brand scanning for craft and credibility. Generous spacing, semantic hierarchy, and restrained interactions keep the work front and center, while expandable service and process accordions reveal pricing, outcomes, and timeframes only when the visitor asks for them.

Detailed Pages and Features

Reelio ships complete: a 12-section homepage with hero, intro, stats, featured work, services with detailed pricing, four-step process, pricing tiers, FAQ, testimonials, blog preview, and contact CTA — plus About, Projects, Blog, Contact, legal pages, and a 404. Project and blog post detail pages are fully CMS-driven case study and article templates, and a contact form ready to connect completes the launch kit.

Accessibility and Optimization

The build is fully responsive across breakpoints, uses semantic headings and considered contrast, and keeps imagery and content in the CMS so pages stay fast and easy to maintain. SEO-ready detail pages and a placeholder structured data script make it production-ready the moment it’s remixed.

Conclusions

Reelio gives photographers, film studios, and independent creators a studio-grade presence that’s complete out of the box — swap in your work and copy, and the site is ready to launch. With detailed documentation and a CMS that grows with the studio, it turns a portfolio into a business tool.
